why the chart is not yet prepared for train 17017 even though it has started already from Rajkot at 5 am. I have a tatkal WL ticket from Kalyan to Secunderabad, which is showing till that chart is not prepared.

yes....for eg i trvld in deekshabhoomi exp once...they had mny charts at diff points of stations like 1st KOP 2nd NGP etc....even TTE was not aware wthr seat would be empty of not aftr NGP ...
