I just want to know that, If a senior citizen's seat is in waiting and a normal aged person is in waiting.. so is there any preference that is being provided by Indian Railway to senior citizen.

no such provision but if senior citizen quota is left out, then it is used and clears the WL of senior citizen.

How can the number of halts be NEGATIVE?
Maybe it because it travels to RU first and then to TPTY and then to RU again.
In this case, 22nd halt is RU and hence did it subtract rest of the stations traveled till then?
