I travelled in this particular train on 27 apr, train reached allahabad on 7:43, but as per records it is 7:00, so it shows the usefulness of this data for speed enthusiasts. Well first of all here goes the PNR entry /blog/post/659693 -- Additionally I had filed a TDR under similar conditions 3 months ago in oct 2012, where in a 2 pax ticket one was confirmed via HO and other remained in WL, I got full refund minus Rs 21 per pax. Class was 3A in same train. -- Now in current case issue is same, one pax got confirmed via HO, while other moved to RAC, so going by the refund rules I was guessing if RAC and WL are treated in same bucket or not. ... As per my knowledge Partially Confirmed Tickets are only subject to minor cancellation charges if cancelled prior to chart preparation. After chart preparation, individual charges like 70 for 1st AC, 20 for RAC/WL applies. Since you are saying that only clerical charges were deducted 3 months ago for Conf+WL, the same rule should apply for filing Conf+RAC. I would still cross-check once and let you know later. Thanks.
