W/L confirm nahi hone par kya it is allowed to travel in this train with normal counter booked ticket..(the ticket is not an eticket already)...
One scenario....dont say 2nd passenger will also confirm....just i want to know ...agar 1 normal counter booked ticket hai ..jisme 2 passenger ki booking hai...aur chart ban jaane k baad....1 passenger confirm ho gaya & 2nd passenger ka abi bhi waiting ho ...to kya 2nd passenger travel kar sakta hai is train me??? use kya seat mil sakti hai ya ..usi ticket ke confirm waale passenger k saath baithne dia ja sakta hai.....pls reply
