Yes you can do it any PRS but just make sure to do it before 24 Hours of departure of the train.

Yes. Change it in at any PRS counter. I also would be doing that for my journey on 30th June from BPP to SBC. I have a ticker from RJY to SBC. I have to get the Boarding changed to BPP...Attached is a model letter that you should submit along with your e-ticket copy by showing a original goct. ID card...
