It won't be as fast as WR rajdhani/duronto but if timings are convenient 3-4 hrs more doesn't matter much.

May be if it gets good patronage, which it definitely will....RB will introduce a new biweekly CR Rajdhani with the same rake, while retaining its weekly run.... That way both classes could be catered...

CR is really not too keen on conversion from DC to AC after the mishap last time around...they dont mind having a loco change at igatpuri

Yes no accountability at all, The conversion should really happen by this weekend as from first week of June monsoon will loom over the city which could probably again hamper the process and even the July TT needs to be designed keeping in mind the reduction of travel time...

haan toh BPL Shatabdi train hai naa...yahan 1 train ki baat chal rahi hai...

i dont think its a good idea to extend this train...a shatabdi needs to complete its to and fro journey within a day, and return to base...i dont think it will be possible to return to base within 24 hrs with this extension...a shatabdi runs with just 1 rake...that is the concept of shatabdi...probably a AC SF / Duronto can be started between delhi and nagpur

Every Train in its route, not just this one, is a king, provided it reaches its destination on time, and is not dirty from the inside, and has good food on board...please stop stating which tran is the king of IR and create controversy

Its all because of Delhi (capital), Even in next phase of allotment expect more train from Delhi to go LHB
I think some of the zones are just not interested in procuring LHB's due to the high costs and maintenance issues
But ideal situation would that RB decides to allot one LHB rake per zone and then the zone can decide the train, Hope it happens...

both are the best for the passengers which depend on and use there services respectively, please dont compare, and create controversy

Certainly you are not a railfan and I have doubt over your railway knowledge. But that's not the matter. The matter is you're targeting (with baseless arguments) Kolkata- based trains which hurts our feelings. When someone says, that NJP Shatabdi has become hit, you'll appear from nowhere and say- let's talk about it after summer! And in this blog you're saying SRC- AII exp is the greatest WE. the fact is: I have experience of this train (that too in the last year). I was in sleeper and I got the berth in an extra coach. And now number of AC coaches is increased from 3 to 4.
So, if you want to argue, at least gather some proof before you do that. Otherwise PLEASE DO NOT spread hatred on what others love.

A strange thing I have seen that many ER trains appears to be WE, apparently. But people reported that the trains get more passengers at the last moment and 70- 80% is filled. NJP Shatabdi and DHN DD are some examples.
