A Quick Trip to Coimbatore.

It was 10AM and instead of getting some sleep i told my wife that we will go for some shopping.. My dear wife was unaware that there is nothing i was going to buy her and it was completely a shopping for me and my son :-) 13352 Dhanbad- Alleppey exp was the perfect connection and we set out on our TVS Wego to PGT.. kind a 15 mins late and arrived close to 11. Called our admin Dr. Nazeer to inform that i am coming over and to check if we could meet up.. well my call was not answered but soon Nazeer ji returned the call.. About 13352, the TATA portion of the train was in bad shape and the DHN side was neat and pretty new coaches. We occupied the Side Seats ( with the emergency windows.. so that i can capture some clicks with ease.. The train left at 11.05 AM... PRetty smooth running.. soon a ticket checker (squad) promptly visited us to check the ticket... Nazeer ji and me spoke for while and he attended back to his duty.. The train did a great run and reached CBE PF3 on time at 11.55 AM. We headed out of the station and took a bus to Oppanakar St and the obvious choice was Chennai Silks... Got a 2 jeans and a dress for my son.. Nazeer ji reported at Chennai Silks promptly at 1.30 while we were getting my Jeans to be altered along with his cute son. Finally Nazeer ji and me Meet for the first time.. Obviously we discussed out only about railways.. Here is where Nazeer struck... He complained about me to my wife saying that i am a Rail Maniac :-) as if my wife wasnt aware.. and asked to bring me back to normal life.. but what made the difference was my wife asking.. " Look at him he is also a rail fan and if he is calling you a maniac do you realise how bad your state is... GRHHHHH"... Thanks Nazeer that was just perfect LOL :-D.. Well now adding on the fuel he also told me wife " Arent you buying anything for yourself" and well one stare from her and i knew what she wanted to say.. Once again Thanks Nazeer ji.. Nazeer ji had other commitments and left at 1.55 PM.. We had planned to return by the CBE-CAN FP.. and apparently missed it.. My mobile GPRS connection got conked off and couldnt check if there was any other train to get back to PGT.. Still we went to CBE Rly station to try our luck... God blessed us by making 16310 PNBE-ERS Exp late by 2.5 hours.. Quickly headed to the counter and took another SL ticket.. WOO Surprise.. the SL ticket for this train is 100 Rs per person.. I asked him i came for Rs 50/- from PGT how come for this its 100/-.. he said thats only for 13351/52 & 16107/08.. We reached PF1 of CBE.. 12244 Duronto was in PF2 undergoing cleaning.. Surprise 3 coaches were 3AC SL coache and were the ICF coaches of ADI Raj and livery as been changed to Duronto... OUr train 16310 arrived with Wap-4 in lead at 14.50 hrs.. Setout at 14.55 we occupied one of the decent looking SL coaches.. Gosh our fellow country men have made a mess of this train... Pic to follow of the coach.. The train also did a great run and in 50 mins reached PGT on PF1.. Took our bike and set home to be received by my son with a bad stare... Gave him a quick kiss and hug and he says Daddyyyyyyy ....
