I went to Madan Mahal Station for 90 days advance reservation to Kerela, for which i have to go to station for 2 days concequetively and what i found was same people were standing at all counters both the days. all the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th person on every window were all the same persons. All of them are dalals. What is the Railways doing for the same. and wher shall i lodge a complaint for the same

manu jee they may also think the same way u r presuming them??normally hotel attendents in metros book tkts to their customers for a small commission as their lively hood/self employment, let them also live sir they are not dalals they r poor people earning their bread and butter

Those persons are the touts of the agents...It is ok if the ticket clerk take one or two forms from them and issue the ticket..but it is not done....each of them have atleast 8 to 10 forms which is against the rules..and all the forms are accepted by ticketing clerks because of some bribe or commission from agents....almost each and every booking counter in india is surrounded by this dirt....even if u want to complain..it is of no use because each and every person from grp to booking clerks to station master is involved.....I also face same problem many times and once complain to GRP constable standing near the que but nothing happens.....this is what we call CORRUPTION.....
