IR Should stop manufacturing icf rakes and start manufacturing hybrid lhb rakes...which will be a substitute of Normal ICF coaches... Apart frm manufacture of Pure LHB rakes....

ICF can't be ignored, More then 15,000 trains and even more rake need to be manufactured which will take time around 50 to 60 yr. So better to provide it whoever needed, not randomly.

its not like making rice/wheat. It need so much time. Whereas after POH an ICF rake can be use for more days and provide its service. Let LHB for the premier one's only.
