Actually this train needs more general coaches to accomodate more pass holders.. and reserved travellers need another train..
Like brc - 4.45, St - 6.30 - 6.35, bct - 10.25.
Bct - 17.05, st - 20.50 - 20.55, brc - 22.55..
Evn passholders face same issues on daily basis.. this train helps them earn their bread n butter.. of course the attitude is pathetic.....

Very poor quality bedding sheets are provided in this famous train for 3AC as well as 2AC.All the sheets are either torn or have stains on them or both. Same aaram branded Sheets in garib rath express are better than the ones provided in Paschim Express. Very very Disappointing.

3 days back, I purchased 2 tickets of my family in Siddheshwar exp
1) thru irctc – 182 seats were available. Inspite of giving seat preferences, I couldn’t get LB. I got some bekaar seats (2mb, 5mb, 8su). Since my kid is 1.2 years old, seats near door are potential danger.
2) thru ticket counter – so I try to book the same ticket, in hope that I may get some flexibility about LB & near door berths. 170 seats avl. again after trying, no LB & no SL (side lower). First...

arre, i tell you this funny incident...
i was about to book tickets in 12934 in 2S class tatkal (CK)... at the tym of booking there were 36 Seats available, with 11 coaches.. so that is average is more than 3 seats per coach..
and when i booked, they gave me one in D1 and other in D9... I mean what...??? they couldnt arrange 2 tickets in same coach for me...
