I had booked my ticket from LJN - CST with boarding at Jhansi , but when I got to know that the ticket is not confirmed and RAC , I applied fro the TDR refund of the ticket 5 hours prior to departure from the said station. Now this is the reply I get from IRCTC.

Need to return from (NDLS) New Delhi -BCT (MUMBAI) on 31st May nite train or 1st June (preferably rajdhani) 3A or 2A which wud be the best option to look at ? whcih train do u thnk , the tickets would be confirmed.

Swaraj Express 2A is in very bad state (worse than a 3A of Rajdhani ) , when travelling from Mum-Jammu , pathetic state...and the bathrooms are even worse. Wonder what are the authorities doing ?
One of the oldest trains running, but in bad state , with cockroaches running every where and occasionally seen rats jumping around.
To my surprise , there is yet no other train service between this sector. ????

Need to Visit Goa on the 15th from Mumbai....pls advice which would be the best train to take whr I could get a confirmed seat and how much time before does the tatkal open up !!
want to go to pune on 25th Nov early morn and come back same evening ......which train do u think i will get confirm tickets

Was looking at Indrayani Exp in the morning and Koyna in the evening
