Passengers travelling by South Eastern Railway trains from Howrah won’t have any reasons to complain so far as distribution of food and cleanliness of toilets are concerned. Based on passenger feedback, South Eastern Railway (SER) has made several changes in the coaches to ensure that passengers are served warm food in a hygienic manner. The toilets have also been relined with a special layer of plastic to prevent water seepage.

I traveled on this train on 1st of may. The food is Horrible. Service pathetic. Everyone was either having cramps or puking or hurrying to the lavatory. Paneer( Rubber) was on menu for all the meals. Recommend everyone to carry their own food. And they had the nerves to ask for BAKSHEESH
