i message pnr to 139 and i get details i showed the same thing to ticket collector and he accepted it and we completed our journey sucessfully

Ya you r right the tc did not pay the heed when we show our ticket he is scolding other passinger who is travelling in sleeper coach with general ticket...that to our ticket is tatkal..
