Is there quota within Tatkal also? The simple reason is CK gets priority while chart prep. It is not that CK does not get refund. CK gets refund if in WL. Only CK CNF tickets when get canceled are not eligible for refunds. There is no sub-quota under CK as CK itself is a huge quota of around 30%.
