If Wait listed E-ticket is not Conform till Chart prepaid so ticket in cancel but IRCTC is Charged as per Ticket cancellation charge for Example if Sleeper WL Ticket is Cancel Then IRCTC charge rs. 30 Per passenger

The Charge that is Deducted is only Rs20.00/- for WL cancellation tickets which is Paid as Reservation Charges. Nothing is wrong in it.

i have just come to know my eldest brother staying at Delhi has expired, I am residing at Thane, I am physically handicapped. I and my wife wish to leave for Delhi. funeral on 24.04.2011. can you tell me how best can I get two tickets and when and cost.
