I am eager to know following queries,
1) what r the % quota allocations of berths/seats in coaches to different categories? are they fixed for all trains or are they varied? where will i get detail information of quota allocation for each and every class in every train?
2) who categorizes "white elephant trains"? on what basis? where can i get detail report of % occupancy of each train?

whom should i complain if "gundey" ppl occupied my" reserved ticket" berth & drinking with TTE and Railway police personal? and showing me a gun? is there any way i can defend by calling any one at that time from train?
4) whom should i call if train running from JAT to CAPE is not cleaned in any major/ minor station through out 62Hrs of journey? should i travel in sticky coach & toilets closing my nose or is there any responsible person who can take care if i complain? whom should i call?
i know most of most of "jugad" ppl /quota ppl who always have spl passes/ who never traveled by buying genuine ticket/ guday ppl who occupy any seat & fill TTE pocket / last but not least all those who doesn't have social responsibility may laugh at my questions terming them silly... i pity them!
