If anybody can tell me about my query as follows:- I have posted my PNR No. vide PNR Entry No. 124279 in which my booking status was W/L 4, RLGN, W/L 5, RLGN, W/L 6, RLGN and the status is same till now. While my search in this website I have seen one PNR Entry No. 111103 of same train and of same date in which the booking status is W/L 7, RLGN, W/L 8, RLGN, W/L 9, RLGN, W/L 10, RLGN i.e. next after my booking in the same train. The latest status shows in this website as on yesterday 7.07 PM is Passenger 1 : Confirmed, Passenger 2: confirmed, Passenger 3 : Waitlist No 1, Passenger 4 : Waitlist 2. Is it possible to get confirmation W/L 7, W/L 8 before W/L 4, W/L 5 & W/L 6. Please give me your...

Can you elaborate on the difference in RSWL & RLGN. In the railway PNR Status Website this category is not mentioned.

The logic behind this reservation status such RSWL RLGN and so on is very complex one, but my main concern is what is the chance for my booking under RSWL category for getting confirmation at the time of my journey. As you know the booking status and current status is same no upward movement is seen in this booking. Another thing is this is an E-ticket and it does not come under RAC at the time of chart preparation the ticket will be automatically cancelled. In this circumstance, what will I do or book a WL I Ticket afresh as a safety measure.

"what is the chance for my booking under RSWL category for getting confirmation at the time of my journey"
Follow the predictions. Book tatkal if you are being skeptical.

1. Both RLGN and RSWL has RAC
2. Fully WL'ed E-tickets are automatically cancelled, partially wl'ed tickets are not.
If you intend to travel with the WL'ed i-ticket:
a) It involves risk
b) You need to first check whether the train has any unreserved class if the TTE does not permit you to enter the reserved compartment.."
PS:- Rajdhani is a fully AC Train

There has recently been a lot of frustration among RFs when their Station Pics, Loco Pics, Train Pics get rejected because the "number is not showing", "shed is not visible", the loco/train is at a distance, Train Board is too small, "better pic available", etc. . To address this issue, effective tomorrow, ALL...

-@all members: As of recently, there has been a trend whereby minor name updates of Trains/Stations - whether such and such regional name should be there or not, whether the train should be called "Abc Express" or "Abc Superfast Express", etc. are threatening to take over the majority of Timeline entries. Also,...

It has been over 2 weeks since the appointment of the current batch of FMs and 750 Complaints have been handled so far. It gives me immense pleasure in congratulating them for running the team diligently, professionally, competently and above all, without a shred of controversy or bias. The FM position...
