I want to inform everyone who is thinking of travelling on this train that they should be ready to see so many cockroaches in this this train's 2nd Ac coach. I hv already posted my complaint about this in the complaint book regarding this. Very poorly maintained train. My journey was on 12th Oct from nzm to snsi. Train arrival time was 10.15 pm but it reached the snsi at 1.30 am. Its name is NZM-Snsi Special. And this train is really special in terms of poor cleanliness and delays. Even the tt of the train was saying that railway people ignore this train and do not give signal to this train and make at least 3-4 other trains pass it. It will depart from dbrt on 10th June at 8.15 pm. But checking the pnr status says that chart has not been prepaired . But it should have been prepaired 4hrs before its depart from dbrt. But there has been landslides in ratnagiri. Mandovi exp that runs from mumbai to madgaon on the same route has been cancelled after panvel. Does that means Goa sampark kranti will also stop at panvel or will it be fully cancelled. If this train will go till panvel and i travel till panvel then what is the procedure to get a refund for the fare paid for the remaining journey that is from panvel to thvm. I am holding a Eticket. Group ticket of 6 people has been booked from Pune to Ambala by Jhelam Exp. Out of this group, 2 people has to get down at Delhi station. In this case original ticket will be carried by 4 folks who are travelling to Ambala. Then how these 2 folks will get out of Delhi station. A simple solution to this problem is possible. The passengers who are to get out at delhi station without ticket should be holding a subh yatra membership card. These cards cost 500 rs. each and are valid for 1 year. The person holding these cards have the priviledge of going to any railway platform for free. If anyone checks for the ticket then you can show them these cards and tell them that you were here to help there relatives board the train. No need to tell anything else.
