If Tatkal ticket booked on IRCTC (eticket) remains in waitlist after chart preparation, what happens to the cancellation? Is it refunded or no refund in such cases?

There is something wrong in the schedule of Train Number 11003 DR Sawantwadi Rajya Rani Express. I had booked 2AC ticket on last Tuesday from Roha to Kudal on this train. The scheduled departure written on the ticket and also on indianrail.gov.in and on irctc.co.in was 3.20 AM (early morning). I reached station at 2.50 AM. The train had arrived. And it departed at 2.55. I was fortunate to reach early. When i checked the timing, on trainenquiry.com it shows departure time of 2.55 AM for this train from Roha. Also, the next station is Mangaon and distance between Roha and Mangaon is 43 KM as per schedule. And the train covers this in 8 Minutes as per schedule. (Roha departure 3.20 and Mangaon arrival 3.28, this looks incorrect). Just want to alert members in case anyone is traveling on this train from Roha.

The coach position of 18520 as shown on this website is exactly opposite of what I saw today. The AC coaches were at the rear of the rake.

The site shows AC coach position of Netravathi Express (16346) with all AC coaches at the end of the rake. However, when I traveled 16346 on 8th March from Chiplun to Thane, my AC 2 Tier coach was 7th from engine. Is the position shown on this site wrong?

Today 10104 left Chiplun almost on time. However, it was halted at Anjani for 2 hrs to cross multiple trains. 12288, 16345 crossed and then 12449 overtook 10104. Now the train is delayed by 2 hrs. Really pathetic.
