There are Two Rakes used by Gondia Raigarh JS and if one rake was busy or got damaged or face some tech problem another one will used so for emergency and cleaning purposes SECR uses both rake one by one and if one rake is used for special one pair rake can be used for both direction train some delays may be occur.

Chennai-Bilaspur SF takes Balharshah-Wadsa-Gondia route instead of going via Wardha-Nagpur. That section is not electrified so Raipur Twin diesels are used.

Green with a caveat: TT for DHN-ROU section is overly aggressive. The train should leave HTE at 09.40 (so about an hour off your TT). And from there on, it can follow HTE-LTT TT. In other words, your imaginary train is basically HTE-LTT SF, extended to DHN. :)
I have previously considered an imaginary SF running between HWH and LTT via ASN-DHN-HTE-ROU, potentially in 34 hours, even sharing time slot with another possible SF, this one going to Pune via Panvel-Karjat, or may be MAO/Mangalore.

It’s the world’s fourth-largest rail network that ferries about 23 million passengers a day, but most of India’s colonial-era trains have still been rattling along at an unhurried pace for decades.
Until now. Since the start of this month, nearly 90 trains, including three Rajdhanis and two Shatabdis, have cut running times by up to two hours thanks largely to faster speeds and measures such as reducing the number of halts. Passengers on the Mumbai Rajdhani, for example, now spend 25 minutes less on a journey that normally took 15 hours and 50 minutes. The Puri-Gandhidhan Express, which took 37 hours and 55 minutes on the journey, now takes just 36 hours to complete the trip. Similarly, travel time on the Yeshwantpur-Ahmedabad
Express has also been reduced by 75 minutes from 35 hours and 10 minutes. It’s a pleasant surprise for passengers on the 64,500-km network. Average speeds on Mail and Express trains on the list have increased from 55 km per hour to 58 km per hour, while those of the three Rajdhanis are up from 74 km per hour to 76 km per hour. “It is a small but momentous beginning towards the task of scaling up rail operations and taking them to the next level. Travel time reduction -- achieved through faster acceleration and related factors such as reduction in technical train halts – has been attained at a minimal cost of less than Rs 5 crore,” said a senior Railways official said. “All norms on passenger safety have been complied with. Tracks on the Indian Railways are capable of running trains at speeds of 200 km per hour.” The ministry’s speed team used a multi-pronged approach to accomplish the task, including the removal of slow speed barriers at certain locations and changes in the course of trains at crossings. It’s a big change for the Indian Railways where speeds have remained the same for decades and in some cases have come down because of continuous clogging of networks. “Technical inputs received from the Japan Railways came in handy,” an official said, adding that the speeding up plan would be extended to other trains on the mainline route in the coming months.

The improvement has been incremental as it has been for decades. In fact, the biggest jump may have been with introduction of Shatabdi Express trains over last 20+ years. The one train that does impress me the most of BCT-NDLS Raj. Others are primarily reducing their slack time. Take Puri-Gandhidham Express, for example. This train had a 5:07 hour run to cover only 160 km between Nandurbar and Surat, non-stop (31 km/h). Now it has been reduced to 3:12 (50km/h). On paper, nearly two hours faster looks impressive but in reality, it is finally an average train in that section by cutting down the slack by two hours.

23 railway stations to get Wi-Fi facilities by 2016

Passengers will be able to log on to the Wi-Fi service at prominent railway stations of South East Central Railway zone, including Raipur, with the facility likely to be installed at these places by next year.
As many as 23 railway stations of various categories under the jurisdiction of SECR zone, comprising Bilaspur, Raipur and Nagpur divisions, will be equipped with the Wi-Fi facility in different phases. ”In the first stage of the project, the facility will be set up at railway stations of the state capitals in the country while along with it stations falling under A1 category will be covered within the current financial year,” SECR’s Chief Public Relation Officer R K Agrawal told PTI. ”The objective is to convert railway stations to technically sound places to boost passenger amenities,” he said.
In the SCER zone, two railway stations — Raipur and Bilaspur — meet the eligibility criteria of A1 category. Being a capital, priority will be given to Raipur while simultaneously the process of installation would progress and accomplished in Bilaspur too by March next year, Agrawal said. Subsequently in next phases, the facility will be provided at A and B categories of railway stations – Raigarh, Champa, Korba, Akaltara, Pendra Road, Anuppur, Shahdol, Umaria, Ambikapur (Bilaspur division), Bhilai Power House, Durg, Bhatapara, Tilda (Raipur division) and Rajnandgaon, Gondia, Bhandara Road, Dongargarh, Chhindwara, Ramtek, Chandafort, Itwari (Nagpur division), he said. The railway stations have been classified on the basis of yearly earning capacity. The stations which earn over Rs 60 crore annually are placed under A1 category. ”Bilaspur and Raipur stations recorded earnings over Rs 100 crores in the financial year 2013-14,” he said.
The passengers and visitors will have access to Wi-Fi service free of cost for the first 30 minutes at the stations while after the free usage limit, they can continue using the service on paid basis for which subscription plans are available in various denominations, Agrawal said. RailTel Corporation of India, a public sector undertaking of the Ministry of Railways, has been tasked with providing the Wi-Fi facility. The tender has been floated for Wi-Fi with 3G facility installation at A1 category stations, he said. Notably, while tabling the annual rail budget for 2015-16, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu had announced Wi-Fi facility will be provided at around 400 railway stations.
Several railway stations in the country have already been equipped with the Wi-Fi facility, which include Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Secunderabad.
