I huge knowledge of Indian Railways is not a prerequisite for becoming an admin. What is required are courtesy, and good behaviour, and avoiding the following things: (i)mud-slinging, (ii)finding faults with others in a rude manner, and (iii) controversy which involves personal attack. Avoiding these things will ensure that a friendly and healthy atmosphere is maintained all the time.
