12801 is departing late from its source station daily from last 20-25 days,why?

For the past week or so observing trains getting late @Gaya, i.e. Purushottam express, 12801, arriving there around 2 and staying there almost till 3:30-4 pm... Even train starting from Gaya, Mahabodhi express, 12397, starting almost 2 hours late...any particular reason??Even @Allahabad Purushottam getting stopped for an hour for 10 minutes stop?? What is the reason??
Today also Purushottam express made to standstill @Gaya till 4 pm.. Cannot see any other trains getting delayed like that @Gaya other than 12801 &12397

The 12397 Mahabodhi Exp is delayed about 2 hrs from its source station on daily basis from last many days, Even down train reaches its destination in early morning but the up train is running on late everyday ,What is any specific reason?
