i have booked ticket from AII to KOTA but i wanted to set my boarding point to JP. But by mistake i forgot to set it right so now the boarding point is also AII. So is it possible that i board the train at JP and TTE does not allots the seat to anyone else?

You can change the BP to JP by approaching the PRS with E ticket , ID proof and a requesting letter. Its better to change it to avoid problems.
