Booking opened @8AM 4th Oct, I got it done in just 2 minutes seems IRCTC has improved a lot. I think there are few takers @Premium fares as 544 seats in 3AC are still vacent or ARP is still unknown to many.
Admin please update the Fare Chart.

Its easy to see seats available in premium trains but harder to buy ticket at such an extreme price Rs 6550 and still rising.
