Thanks to SR Officials along with SWR for 52 yrs Brindavan SF 12639/40 was Rekindled from 6/2016 running with 15 2S Chaircar, 7 UR coaches & 2 SLR (is 2 coach bigger than Lalbagh exp). So now for Brindavan UR coach is crowded. Therefore, if possible Augment "7 coach UR-Chaircar coach" to enable to get fresh air instead of present 7 old coaches running crowded Pax sweat due to no fresh air from Krishnarajapuram to Bangarper/Kuppam/Jolarpettai Standing, but Saturday and Sundays upto Ambur crowd. Hope the Concerned SR/SWR Officials Will Do Something to Arrange Atleast 7 UR-Chaircar Coach at Your earliest Convenient Time if possible along with its original SLOT to reach Chennai early to get State Buses !!

Brindavan SPEED made slowdown & made Late running than Time-Table, non-commercial stop @ BYPL, PC and 3 CC A/c and 2S removed in a hurry. Therefore, Speed made less with heavy 24-coach passenger load another delay to reduce Speed at Curves. So Middle-class & Aam Admi passengers faced unexpected 30 min. delayed Slot from 2012 Time-table issue happened first time as per Times of India report to run 8 coach A/c DD train for rich from 4/2013 is no issue.
Interestingly during Election time several Party Leaders wants middle class & Aam Admi votes and then forget to provide at least by increasing SF train Speed further to reach on all Intermediate-Stations and final destination reach On-time performance atleast when Hon'ble PM and Railway Mantri start running Bullet Train from 2022/23.

The Brindavan Passengers highly appreciated SR & SWR GM and all concerned Officials for
15 CC @ this time. If possible kindly arrange the present UR coaches to “7 Chair car Unreserved coaches.” So that these UR crowded standing long-distance Passengers will get fresh Air and bit free to stand for 2-3 hrs until we get seat/s when few passengers leave at some intermediate-stations.

have been much better to gain SPEED 20-30 mins easily instead of dragging many days from Kuppam-Bangarpet-KJM running Late 30-50 mins, and non-commercial stopping at Baiyapanahalli Station Brindavan Exp. was held until Karnataka Express/12628 Delhi-Bengaluru Late running train to bypass and reach Cantonment Station and SBC station in different PF.
Atleast leave Brindavan 12639 straight from KJM TT 12:50pm so that reach SBC 15 km within 30 mins. by 1.30 pm maximum instead 2.00pm plus if late. So that at KRS good for cleaning purpose and Brindavan return as 12640 Dep @ 3.00pm to Chennai Arv. 8.30-8.45pm.
-Hope SR & SWR Will Do Something to Speed-Up its old 5 hrs/ 5.30 mins. running timings for Brindavan Passengers instead of present 6.05/6.10 hrs. with present WAP7 due to long 24-coaches. THNX.
Finally for Brindavan SF 12639/12640 Passengers Seating-facility from existing 7 Chair car (Reserved coach). So with effect from 14-6-2016 added further 8 CC !!
So now 15 Chair Car, 7 Unreserved-coach, 1 luggage-cum-brakevan-cum-disabled
and 1 luggage-cum-brakevan. So it is same 24-coaches & even now 24 INSTEAD of 22 coaches will be great to reach fast and travelling time is less.

Hi, the SR Brindavan/12639 is held at Baiyappanahalli Station is not its fault, as per some Train fans posted below It is SWR Bangalore Division to act bold and swift to clear at main-line from KJM to BNC instead of holding at BYPL so that Karnataka Express-12628 Lately crossing between Yelhanka Station and Hormavu-Agra gate crossing late but should be at BNC at 13.10 hrs. and Brindavan at BNC at 13.20 hrs and reach 5km SBC need 40 mins? So due to Karnataka running late it is not good to hold Brindavan to drag slow from Jolarpettai onwards to> Kuppam> Bangarpet>KJM run slow 30-50+ late running so that Karnataka to cross BYPL is very strange. Same Brindavan Chennai 7.50a >Arakkonam 68 km takes 1 hour, MAS-Katpadi 130 km reach around 9.55a.

at BYPL held and Karnataka crossing is not overtaking. when both trains running same time and Karnataka with more speed if overtakes then Rail-Fans can tell with video evidence.
For D.D to survive removed 50 yrs Brindava 3 A/c CC. 10 Reserved Coaches and Pantry car as per Times of India/7-2-2014 reports "railways robs Brindavan Express to pay bangalore double-decker"
Hope other Rail-Fans now know the real reason taking prime time Brindavan slot. Even ALCO WDM2 Brindavan faster covered SBC-MAS 5 hrs time with 3 stops in 1966 onwards till 90s as per media. Atleast at present even Unreserved good coaches can increase speed by another 20-30 mins instead of dragging or buffer time.
Now 2016-17 Rail Budget Unreserved Superfast Trains increased the speed in North Indian Trains.
Hope our Railway Officials increase Brindavan SPEED to reach both directions in less than 5.30/40 mins possible. Cause Bangalore-Chennai by ROAD within 4-5 years will cover much less time aprox 3-4 hrs time.

Request: Brindavan SF Express 12639/40 to Speed-up to its old timings of 1966 Diesel WDM2 era, and hope with present stoppage WAP7 to reach early if possible.
The Karnataka SF Express/12628 Delhi-Bangalore is running little earlier than Brindavan SF Express/12639 as per time-table. But KK Diesel Loco most of the time late 15-30+ mins while crossing BYPL/Baiyyappanahalli station and this delay makes Brindavan WAP7 Loco held up at Baiyyappanahalli Rly Station as per this picture as proof to KK to cross and then only Brindavan leave to next Cantonment stn. is daily Late issue. or 3 Km before Krishnarajapuram regual stoppage make Brindavan held until KK coming from Yelahanka-route crossing at BYPL and then to Cant. & City Rly. Brindavan from Jolarpettai to Kuppam gradient and 24 old coaches takes much time. Then from Bangarpet to> Malur> Devangonthi station until KJM instead of gaining speed but seems reduced so that KK to cross at BYPL. So arriving at KJM 12.50p but after 15-30+ mins late. So from KJM to Cant & City stn.is 14 KM takes 70 mins. is regretted, as per TT. Same Brindavan Chennai-Arakonnam 74 KM covering 65+/- mins. (Except sometime to City 15-20 mins early is gr8).
-Instead if Brindavan early at KJM on time then leave after 2 min.stoppage to> Cant and> City station reach easily by 30-40 mins.running time so that Brindavan long-distance passengers travel early towards Bangaore and towards Chennai Central EARLY instead of dragging Brindavan speed since DD started is A/C coach,
So Officials pls speed-up with better 20-22 full CC coaches vestibule to have fresh-air and to avoid sweat like Lalbagh, intercity.
-Also SUGGEST to avoid more KK/12628 Passengers crowd can avoid at Cantonment-station inside and outside traffic. It is much better to give 1-2 mins. stoppage on Humanitarian grounds at CHANNASANDRA Rly. Station just 2 KM before BYPL and its just BMTC Bus stop, Cab, Auto, Car Parking available in front of this Channasandra Stn. just opposite OUTER-RING-ROAD passengers can travel close to their areas to Banaswadi, Krishnarajapuram, White Field IT-Tech Park, Hebbal Manayata Tech Park, Electronic-City, Ulsoor, etc. good bus connectivity every 5-10 mins available.
-So this new stop given at Channasandra then Brindavan Express can travel from KJM to Cantonment Station and reach City 30-40 mins time without Delaying further the BRINDAVAN EXPRESS 12639/40 Chennai-Bangalore-Chennai long distance Passengers so Middle Class and Aam Admi Passengers can get Accha dinn comfort as per our PM Modi ji election-campaign "that All are One and All are Equal" whether its a Rajdhani Express or Deccan Queen SF Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai 75 yrs old Express no one touch its slot. But Brindavan Express all played bad policy one way or the other.
Instead Brindavan Express first ALCO American Locomotive company WDM2. Then General Motors/USA WDP4 locos. Later Electric Loco WAP4 and WAP 7 upgraded.
-Now our Hon'ble PM Modi Ji giving new 1000 Diesel-Electric locomotive/General Electric/USA and 800 Alsom/France Electric Locos in 5-10 yrs time by Make in India Railways Prestigious Project. Hope at that time our SR & SWR officials will do something to Speed-up Brindavan Tourist-Passengers can go to Brindavan-Garden, Palace, etc to Extend from Bengaluru to Mysuru as Brindavan People's Train starting from MAS-MYS-MAS daily return trip.
