Is it advisable to travel Thrissur - TVC- TCN by considering current situation of floods in kerala as I am having confirmed tickets for next week i.e. August 15th.

Need some guidance on below specified travel from TN/KL travellers. I would like to visit Guruvayur, Trivandrum followed by Tiruchendur around Aug 15th from RJY.
1) On 14th August by Shalimar - TVC(22642) to Thrisur followed by guruvayur temple darshan (15th Aug)
2) After Guruvayur darshan travel to Trivandrum by 16128 (Reaching on 16th Morning followed by darshan of padmanabha swamy...

Even if we reach by 3 pm to thrisur/guruvayur..we are having around 6 hours of time for darshan in guruvayur...this much time is not sufficient.. to catch 16128 on the same day.

according to my plan , i can save one day i.e by sunday morning i can go back to my hometown RJY. Agree that it is better to keep one day buffer. Actually 22642 is on wednesday from my hometown and can reach thrissur directly. No ladies and children so i can take risk.

Any Idea till what date the train no 56769 about short termination between MDU and TEN
Is there any specific reason why the train no 17209 getting late for more than 5 hours from the last two days. Is there any update on the same? I need to travel from kpd to rjy on this sunday.
