Is there any way we can know how many total tatkal seats are there in any train under any class ? This information will help to try booking in that train. Lets say i know there are 20 3rd AC tatkal seats in Rajdhani and 05 3rd AC tatkal seats in Sampark Kranti then i will try booking in Rajdhani. Any pointer will be helpful.
Do we have any % of total seats which are available under tatkal ? Can we get information on how many bogey etc ?

I wish to travel to Kanpur from Bangalore on diwali. I dont think i can get tatkal ticket in 15016 (YPR Gorakhpur Exp) to on 8th Nov 2012. So my next chance is to take tatkal ticket till Jhansi as i see more trains. Can some one guide me which train will have maximum chance of getting confirmed tatkal ticket on 8/9/10/11 Nov 2012 ? I can book from 2nd AC to Sleeper.

Which train from Jhansi to Bangalore has maximum possibility to get a waitlisted ticket confirmed for 13th July ? Class no bar. Ticket not yet booked.

I will be reaching Delhi on 15th June at 7AM. I wish to go to Jammu but i am not getting any confirmed ticket. I see lots of trains but i am not sure which train is more promising where waitlisted ticket can get confirmed.I will prefer AC2/AC3 but even SL will work.
