This railway station has well maintained AC waiting hall. However the attender who registers the entry details of passengers wishing to use this hall is missing most of the time. She comes once in an hour and enquires with everyone present to register if not registered. During her absence, the hall can be misused. Anyone can enter and leave with no control. Also verbal complaint registered with station manager. He did not allowed us for written complaint

This railway station has excellent free WiFi across the platforms but once you enter the AC waiting hall, the signal is lost. Need to improve for full coverage including waiting halls

Avoid D1 coach as it is disconnected from rest of the train, i mean there is no vestible to connect with the rst of the train.

I had recently travelled by Ernakulam - Bangalore Superfast Express Train (Train No:12678) on 02.08.2015 by D1 coach. The seat number alloted was 101 and 100 but unfortunately the last number on the coach was only 90. we had to struggle to get the TTE at Erode who gave us the new numbers at Erode. Also the coach is detached from the rest of the coach, i mean no vestible. the vestible starts from D2. though the pantry service is good in this train, just because D1 coach is disconnected, we could hardly use the pantry service. Though it is a reserved coach, it is being treated as unreserved coach. The concerned railways shall normalize the coach and make it vestible with other coaches.
