I cancelled a waitlisted ticket 5 hours before departure. (booked and cancelled on irctc website) ... how to file tdr? Or is there automatic refund? What is the procedure to follow? Thanks for your help.
What is the meaning of this message on IRCTC website - 2. No refund shall be granted on the RAC or Waitlisted ticket after thirty minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.

Anyway, my question is if the waitlisted ticket booked on the website is not confirmed, how can one get a refund - what are the procedures to follow?

Hello,
I booked a ticket online in tatkal scheme for travel from Kolkat to Mumbai, which did not get confirmed, and the final position is waitlist No. 1
PNR of the ticket is 6761195806. I was given to understand that the ticket if not confirmed is automatically cancelled, but it did not. Now, after 2 and half hours after departure of train, I tried to cancel the ticket but I get the message that there will be zero refund. IF I file TDR I get the message "After charting all passenger in...

Hi, will be grateful if someone can tell me what is the procedure to follow if money was debited from credit card, but tickets not booked. Thanks, and for the info of all, it took 20 minutes on ICICI gateway with this error, but on rebooking through CITIBANK site, took less than a minute!
