It shows Not Available? Any body have any idea why is it like that? Well, in simple terms, the booking isnt permitted for these set of stations:( The reason behind is that, the booking hasnt been classified on slab of station but simply end station!! The Remote Quota (for BSR/PNVL) from NZM, which is quite less, can only be forwarded for onward booking & permission is been granted for TVC only. This implies, the train is having demand @ higher end for TVC then other enroute, as when compared with station between BSR/PNVL-TVC!! The reason to block in-between station is availability of more option (train) for them, while TVC do have quite lesser option from Mumbai!! Can anyone please update this in the main page. normally long distance trains never run on this pf?? r u sure The Chennai Egmore railway station has 11 platforms. Platforms 1, 2 and 3 are on the Eastern side. They are relatively short in length. They are used for short trains. Platform 4 is the main platform leading to the portico. Platforms 4, 5, 6 and 7 lie under the dome. These are used for long distance trains . Platforms 10 and 11 are newly constructed ones that are handling BG EMUs (Suburban Electric Trains). Some platforms have escalators. in the past 2 months i have used this train for atleast 6 to 7 times.
