But, as per current trend you may found many trains having WL more than 500 or 700. that is considerably much more than 30%...

as per rule and also there is no hope for clearing such long WL. Railway gives this much WL in order to make side income of cancellation or more income if more people travel in WL.
This is completely wrong. I am filing RTI (Right to Information) act to know why such long WL are given? and What are basis to allow this long WL???
I request you all, To support me by sending me examples of much longer WL Ticket PNR. also you can send me screen shot of WL positions. I also request you to come up and file RTI, if possible...
