I had booked ticket for 21st, since the train is partially cancelled, what should i do to get the full refund :-
1) File TDR - How many hours before journey should i file TDR.
2) Cancel the ticket - Can i cancel the ticket now?
3) Auto-refund i need not have to do anything.
