Pooled Quota WL - Maintained for pooled quota (starting station to end station). PQ is starting to end station quota, different from General quota, used to allot intermediate station passengers, preconfigured in system, which are not considered for GN, RS and RL quotas.
This is to "benefit" long distance passengers and "restrict" too many short distance passengers to "limited" berths under PQ.
A Pooled Quota Waiting List ('PQWL') is shared by several small stations in a particular region.

Someone has Wait List ticket. If he changes the boarding point to New one before the ticket to be confirmed on final chart preparation.
Will he will get the QUOTA benefit of Older one or new One ? Which boarding point will be considered on final chart preparation ?

He'd have to get his boarding point changed either while booking (for e tickets) or after booking through a PRS counter (for both e tickets and PRS tickets).

You queried for 2AC. MFP has less quota only 4 berths. GKP quota having more chances to confirm. If you want to travel from MFP book this ticket from HJP which came under GN quota as same as GKP quota. This have more chances to confirm.
