I need to travel from BZA to SBC via TPTY ; but I have confirmed ticket from BZA to TPTY. Can I purchase a general unreserved ticket from TPTY to SBC before boarding train in BZA. I ll be travelling in the same train only that half of my journey tickets are confirmed, for reamining half I ll go unreserved general compartment.

You can get tickets extended on-board by paying difference fare to TTE,Subject to availability he will allocate berths/seats.Also you cannot book Gen tickets in BZA for travelling from TPTY to SBC.
Also difference fare will not be based on telescopic benefit.

Also,...

It has been over 2 weeks since the appointment of the current batch of FMs and 750 Complaints have been handled so far. It gives me immense pleasure in congratulating them for running the team diligently, professionally, competently and above all, without a shred of controversy or bias. The FM position...
