Frnds i just wanted to know (just to confirm) - today i booked a tatkal ticket online (e-ticket) for 3 people in one pnr (one ticket). the status of all the 3 passengers are Waiting List (CKWL). so for refund, shall i cancel the ticket now, or the ticket wud be cancelled automatically wen chart is prepared, refund wud be done...
Refund is given that i know... for that shall i cancel the tatkal ticket now or the ticket wud be cancelled automatically.... to get the refund back... plz tell me abt the rule for the e-ticket tatkal waiting list...

ok so we even after the chart is prepared, & still all the passengers are in waiting list - their name wud be dropped from the chart & refund of fare shall be credited to the account from which booking transaction took place after deducting clerkage. so full fare of the ticket is given minus the clerkage charge... rite.. they wud take only Rs 50 / 60 er passenger rite...???
the waiting list status for the people i booked is above 100.. so there's very rare chance to get confirmed...
