Same, with me too this diwali, had booked 3 tkts from sdah, and later on changed boarding from Dhn. Pantry boy refused for dinner, then I spoke to TTE, he also refused by saying this is rule, when I asked him what about my money(600/-) which I'd paid for the food, he had no answer, So guys best way is this opt out food option while booking in this condition(boarding change)

U r talking about a certain class of people who rare travels in Rajdhani/Duronto infact in AC class, Then U'll find these kind of "Civilised Population" in every state not in UP & Bihar only, have U ever been in Black Diamond Exp. running between DHn-HWH, most of travelers are from Bengal, they get U off forcefully from seat claiming that the particular seat is his/her, the moment the train enters WB "train Unke baap ki ho jaati h" U even dares to take any seat, What U would say here...........This Is What Status, Culture All About in WB as well, but yes offcourse standard travelers are all same whether from Bihar, WB,UP etc..... very curtseyious & humble & are from upper class, so Dont worry People from WB will be very much safe while travelling in Durontos with comfy journey :-) :-)
