GZB vs HWH WAP7's in their blazing mood. Presenting a compilation video of the two prime ER Rajdhanis- the Howrah and Sealdah Rajdhanis.Shot at same location Baruipara at two different season.Luckily the sequence turns out to be the same in both the cases- A looped EMU slowly joins the Main line for its upward journey and the Rajdhanis turns up at that very moment in both the cases.First one is 12314 New Delhi-Sealdah Rajdhani Express and the other 12306 NewDelhi-Howrah Rajdhani Express ( via Patna).

Deulti is one location in the busy Howrah-Kharagpur section of South Eastern Railways that can always provide some nice action throughout day and night.I was lucky that day to witness some hard core electric action.
Of the many actions witnessed the first in this clip is that of 18646 Dn Hyderabad-Howrah East Coast Express powered by a VSKP WAP4 #25008.As the train disappeared in the distance there appeared two red dots in both the Uplines(of which one was the Up Reverse line). The dots cleared themselves within seconds and they were now visible as two WAP4'S.
late running 12504 Kamakhya-Bengaluru Canttonment Humsafar AC Express powered by SRC WAP4#22839 fiercefully chasing 18030 Shalimar-LokmanyaTilak Terminus Express powered by VSKP WAP4#22994.With a tri-tone honking the Humsafar seems to be in pursuit of the hapless so called "Bombay EMU" and overtakes the later at the outers of the station towards Kolaghat

Diwali greetings to all group members. It is said old is gold- and yes I agree to it.There was a time when railfanning meant spotting quite a few offlinks during the day. This compilation shows some of them.Videos were captured quite a few years back.
Some of the offlinks that can be seen are :
1. HWH WDM3A# 14132 with Howrah-Azimgunj Ganadevta Expresss (this livery is not seen anymore).
WAM4 # 20577 with Mumbai-Howrah Mail (via Allahabad)
3. CNB WAP4 #22275 Howrah-NewDelhi Poorva Express
4. LKO WDM3A "Cheetah" with Howrah-Guwahati Saraighat Express.

There has recently been a lot of frustration among RFs when their Station Pics, Loco Pics, Train Pics get rejected because the "number is not showing", "shed is not visible", the loco/train is at a distance, Train Board is too small, "better pic available", etc. . -@all members: As of recently, there has been a trend whereby minor name updates of Trains/Stations - whether such and such regional name should be there or not, whether the train should be called "Abc Express" or "Abc Superfast Express", etc. are threatening to take over the majority of Timeline entries. Also,...
