Let us compile a statewise list of the new requirements in budget. The list should include at the max 1 duronto, 1 shatabdi, 1 rajya rani, 2 express or superfast, 2 passenger, 2 extension. Please follow the norms of the trains as dont suggest a Rajdhani between non capital cities or dont suggest a rajdhani with delhi not being one terminating point, or shatabdi havi run of more than 10 hrs
