The MPS in this section is moderate so trains traveling i.e SF or Duronto can't cross 70-75kph avg speed. If the track limit has more than 110kph, then something can b said. n HWH - YPR Duronto is restricted to 110kph so 67kph is better for it.
those 31 halts don't exist n don't need to panic. Duronto's do stop whenever there is caution signal placed in the station. or else they stop directly in tech stops.
I didn't include caution zone dear!! i just wrote down the main line mps. coz every station has different caution points. FYI, BZA - OGL - GDR - MAS has 130kph shortly known as Grand Trunk route of India. RU - GDR has 100kph. The entire SBC - MAS has 110kph max which are expected to get a lift over maybe soon.

Locations: Baruipara, Madhusudanpur, Jalandhar Cantt., Panipat, Nichitpur, Bally and Hajigarh. RAJDHANI: Rajdhani Express is a passenger train service in India connecting New Delhi with other important destinations, especially state capitals. Rajdhani means "The Capital" in Hindi and other Indian Languages. Rajdhani Express was introduced in 1969, for providing fast connections from various railway stations in the capital city of New Delhi to the capital cities of various states in India (or, in certain cases, prominent cities within the state the train serves). The first Rajdhani Express left New Delhi station for Howrah station to cover a distance of 1,445 km in 16 hours 55mins. These trains get the highest priority on the Indian railway network. The 12001 Bhopal Shatabdi express runs at a peak speed of 150 km/h (93 mph), which makes it the fastest train in India. The word "Shatabdi" means centenary in Sanskrit, Hindi and several Indian languages. The first Shatabdi train was started in 1988 to commemorate the centenary of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru's Birthday (the First Prime Minister of India) by Madhav Rao Scindia, minister for railways. It operated from New Delhi to Jhansi, later extended to Bhopal. It is now known as the Bhopal Shatabdi Express. DURONTO: Duronto Express ("Rebel" or "rebellious" or "Restless"in a positive way) is a category of long distance trains run by the Indian Railways. The special feature of these trains is that they run non-stop from source to destination, barring technical halts. All Duronto Express trains can be easily recognized by the characteristic yellow-green livery of their passenger coaches. Several Duronto Express services connect the metros and major state capitals of India. The Duronto Express trains are projected to be the fastest trains between the particular pair of cities they serve, although this is not necessarily true for all services. The Duronto Expresses are one of the fastest trains in India. These trains runs non-stop from originating station to terminating stations with a few technical halts in between. The first Duronto ran between Sealdah and New Delhi, and it broke the record of the fastest journey between Delhi and Kolkata by defeating the record of Howrah Rajdhani. Till date, it is India's second fastest train, and the fastest Duronto.
If the path is clear, has better road n no toll ahead, it'll take even more less time in car or bike hitting mps at 115+kph. similarly, if the train has to attain high mps, the track should b better to handle that speed, clearance till few miles, no caution ahead, coaches supported to high speed, then even an express train can cover 60km in 35-40mins.
Travelling by this train now from VSKP to EE. Started from PF 8 in vskp at 7.40 pm. Akp 8.20 tuni 9.10 some one pulled the chain between S3,4. Train stopped on bridge at outer Tuni.
