yes sir, you may be correct some routes are not having at least an express train for a length of 280KMs. I think you are concentrating on sc-lpjl line... am I correct.

In telangana region the track length is about 1520KMs, whereas in andhra and rayalaseema regions the track length is about 3320KMs. this shows the neglect on telangana projects. very few trains are halting in telangana region and the stoppages are more in andhra region. there are some routes does not have express/passenger trains even for above 200kms from the state capital.

HYDERABAD: Accusing railway authorities of showing discrimination while providing amenities to passengers in Telangana region, the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) on Wednesday urged railway minister Mukul Roy to restore the number of coaches for Ramagiri/ Singareni passenger and Nagpur passenger.
In a letter addressed to the railway minister, former party MP B Vinod Kumar sought his help in augmenting the load for the Ramagiri/ Singareni passenger to 24 coaches and Kazipet-Nagpur passenger to 20 coaches so that the deficiency of services could be mitigated up to some extent.

He said SCR authorities had recently reduced the coaches from 19 to 14 for Ramagiri/ Singareni passenger and from 15 to 12 for Nagpur passenger resulting in a lot of inconvenience to people of Adilabad, Karimnagar, Warangal and Khammam districts.
He said the Ramagiri train between Kazipet and Balarsha/ Sirpur town & Kazipet, the Singareni passenger train between Balarsha and Bhadrachalam road/ Bhadrachalam road and Sirpur town and the Nagpur passenger were serving people efficiently and over the years had indeed become the lifeline for people in these districts.
In view of the demand , the railway administration had gradually increased the number of coaches from 12 to 19 in a phased manner for Ramagiri and Singareni passenger and from 8 to 15 coaches for the Nagpur passenger, he said.
"Even after the augmentation of the number of coaches to these trains, the general public is facing undue hardship during summer as well as the festival season as no special trains were introduced in north Telangana region.
"However, SCR has been introducing summer, holiday and festival special trains in various routes between Secunderabad/ Visakhapatnam, Secunderabad/ Vijayawada, Secunderabad/ Machilipatnam, Secunderabad/ Kakinada and Secunderabad/ Guntur (all in Andhra region)," he said.
The TRS leader accused SCR of ignoring the necessity of rail transportation to the people who reside in Telangana region from where railways have been earning thousands of crores every year through freight transportation such as coal, cement, granite and food grains.

yes. there is no special train between jagityal and secunderabad after construction of this route about 10 years. But there are many buses are running in between jagityal and secunderabad. Why this route is neglected. Atleast a summer special is also not there. train reversal is not at all a problem at peddapalli. It is only the negligence of the railways.. Even the Peddapalli-Nizamabad route is also not yet completed for the last 20 years. This may be also the reason to fight against the SCR.

secunderabad to jagityal takes 6 hours journey by bus. First travel in a express bus then you will come to know its journey time is 6 hours not 1.5 hours. Nonsense talking... SC-KRMR train takes about 4.30 hours if express is introduced Since, SC-PDPL is approx. 3.30 hrs then PDPL to KRMR takes 40 min. then KRMR-LPJL may take 1 Hr. So SC-LPJL route takes about 5.30 hrs for an express train. But bus takes about 6-7 hrs. there are many buses running from in this route. there are 2 plat forms at peddapalli busstand, 4 platforms at jagityal , 7 plat forms at Karimnagar bus stand for hyderabad passengers. See how much crowd is traveling in the buses towards hyd.. So there is a train is needed in this route. Please write that some thing sensible or try to know first then write your comments.

it is not the question of Andhra and Telangana. It is the problem of Karimnagar and jagityal people. Why dont you ask a trian from Karimnagar to vizag or vijayawada towards andhra. It is also better. Peddapalli -jagityal route is neglected without running a express tain from its opening. Since more number of buses are running between SC and Karimnagar. Karimnagar people are requesting SCR to run special trains at least. See once the crowd in the buses. So run a special train.

the good alternative is: attach a 3bogie DEMU train to SC-MCI special train. then this DEMU can be detached at PDPL junction and run towards to jagityal. (Name the train as Secunderabad-Jagityal Link) The same can run in return direction from Jagityal to Peddapalli and the DEMU can be attached to Telangana express at peddapalli junction.(Name the train as Jagityal-Secunderabad link). This method not only provides the train facility to karimnagar people but also covers the extra rush in the 3bogies upto peddapalli from SC. There is no question of engine reversal. The DEMU as an express between SC-PDPL and this can be a passenger between PDPL and Jagityal.

good alternative is to run a DEMU train in between Kazipet to jagityal. there is no train facility to jagityal from kazipet. There are many buses running towards jagityal from warangal (vice-versa). So it can be treated as a connecting train to vijayawada and secunderabad. An option is LPJL 8.00, KRMR 9.45, PDPL 10.30, KZJ 12.30. and in return direction KZJ 15.00, PDPL 17.00, KRMR 17.45, LPJL 19.30. This is very useful to employees working at karimnagar and peddapalli. this train can give passengers to telangana express and fast passenger at peddapalli junction. In return direction it can catch the passengers from Telangana express at peddapalli junction. if such a train is introduced then there is no question of asking a train towards secunderabad or vijayawada/tirupathi.

if hasanparthi to karimnagar new railway line is proposed, then they will have direct trains not only from secunderabad but also from vijayawada. so they must ask for a new line in between Karimnagar and hasanparthy (near kazipet) about 70 KM. Then the proposed route may be treated as an alternative to GT route.

RDM singareni employees got weekly off on sunday (earlier it was on Saturday0. These people will use to visit hyderabad on sundays (to see their children, who are studying in hyderabad hostels) . IR can run this train on every sunday from RDM to SC at 4am and SC to RDM at 8 pm with the stoppages of Peddapalli, kolanur, odela, jammikunta, uppal and kazipet.

Peddapalli is not an ordinary station and it is a junction. There should be stoppage for the super fast trains running towards secunderabad (state capital) or nagapur. Only Dakshin express is stoping here, but it is in the night, who wants it... brain less fellows. If they stop SC-Patna express this can be help to catch SRUR-KRMR passenger at PDPL junction. GT express, AP Sampark may be stopped in this junction. But stopping of SC-Patna patna express is worthy idea and a direct ticket may be issued to karimnagar and jagityal from any station between SC to PDPL. This train timing exactly matching to catch a passenger (SRUR-KRMR-LPJL) towards to karimnagar and it may fulfill the wish of Secunderabad to karimnagar traveling people.

Karimnagar to secunderabad bus journey is not 2 hours(165KM), it is almost 4 hours due to the road widening works. But you see many people are traveling in the train towards to karimnagar, but they are getting down at peddapalli junction due to unavailablity of train towards KRMR and taking bus towards to karimnagar and jagityal. You see the passengers getting down from either telangana express or mancherial special is all about 200 + commuters getting down at PDPL Junction.
