The train is good , mostly keeps the punctuality , but the coaches are extremely dirty , specially the sleeper . These labourers from West Bengal and Orissa are the reason , they spit all over, simply sit and lie on others seats and berths . very few have properly confirmed journey tickets , most of them travel by WL tickets . Same is the case in Gurudev and Gauhati . Patna Ernakulam is more worse than this , the waitlisters simply capture others berths and the confirmed passenger has to suffer.
