My mother travelled from Visakhapatnam to RJY is Swaranajayanti express today. It left at 830 and at 930 its 50km from Vskp and arrived Samalkot at 1030 100km in 1hr power of LHB with 130kmph nonstop run. It reached Vja at 1345 that too with 15mins halt at RJY. So with 130kmph clearance with 4 -5 stops Vskp BZA can be given 5-5.15 mins in TT a decrease of 30-45mins. Even Howrah Trichy which left at 845 reached BZA at 1405. In The same hour block 930-1030 it covered only 87k. For trains like Ratnachal Prashanti, mail, Janmabhoomi can run 5.5hrs. It all depends on number of freight trains running in the section and given clearance atleast 20km before which is a big task.

The LHB coaches and the non-stop run at 130kmph surely contributed to the reduced travel time. It's interesting to note that with a similar clearance and fewer stops, the Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada section could potentially see a decrease in travel time as well. However, the number of freight trains running in the section and providing clearance can be a challenge. Let's hope that improvements can be made to optimize the timings for other trains as well.
