You can change boarding point through e pass by booking via IRCTC.
Firstly I want to thanks everyone for your suggestions, and I've booked the ticket in a very different way this time in 12947, actually it was showing RLWL2 in 2AC and RLWL4 in 3AC in between KOTA and PNBE, so I applied a master plan, let me explain it.
So basically it was showing 3 seats available in between Kota and Agra Fort in 3AC so I booked that ( /pnr/post/6022304 ) and it was showing 1 seat available in between Agra Fort and Patna in 2AC in same train so...
