When both of these are starting from Dehradun, departure from there can be made at 23.30 hrs. For rest of the route timings must be: - HW 00.45/55; MB 03.45/55; BE 05.25/30; LKO 09.20/30; BSB 14.25/35; DDU 15.05/20; PNBE 18.40/50; ASN 00.45/55; HWH 04.15|| Arrival time at 03.15, if train arrives on time is not convenient now.
N.B.12328 & 12370 has average delay time of 1.5 hrs to 3 hrs.

A Vande Bharat connecting Dehradun-Haridwar-Lucknow should be introduced. HW-Lko is an important all year congested route and needs faster train connectivity. Currently trains take 10-12 hours but can be covered easily in 8 hours.
Isn't some of that route single lined and rest via MB not supporting very high speeds? I hardly see a single day VB running until tracks are upgraded.
Will have to wait for track upgradation, trains barely touch 110 at some sections of the route.
But can be implemented in future with stoppages at Bareilly, Moradabad, Laksar, Roorkee.

HW-LKO is already 110 mps. Only HW-Ddn is slow due to Rajaji National park. But then given Shatabdi and JS run on same tracks. And VB is liye as the route has very poor connectivity. Dont think patronage and occupancy will be an issue given how some VB are running with 50%. Besides Haridwar cab fill any type of train due to its tourism potential
