I had this personal trip on 8th February 2024 to Bhopal. This train is from the south, and they have a hammer 🔨 for emergencies, haha. I took the Kerala Express on a Thursday night to Bhopal. I chose this train because I was able to get a side upper berth in the Shaan E Bhopal Express, even though there were 7 available seats in 2A at the time of booking. Many passengers boarded the train until Bhopal, especially from Agra and Mathura. My coach, A2, was almost full with people going to Bhopal or boarding from there. The maintenance of the train was just enough for basic survival, nothing too comfortable to travel all the way to Trivandrum. This was evident in the bookings for 2A, where there were barely 7-8 passengers traveling to Kerala in both coaches from New Delhi, with only 3 of them going till Trivandrum. Most of the bookings were from Bhopal and Agra. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes before reaching Mathura and Bina Junction. Clearly, this train doesn't have much priority. Despite leaving Bina Junction at 05:15 AM, we reached Bhopal Junction Outer at 06:20 AM without any stops. Karnataka Express was closely following us. The pantry car was practically non-existent. The vendors only served chicken/egg/vegetable biryani, and the water guy hardly came by. Luckily, I had bought everything from New Delhi before boarding.

Bro, the 12626 Kerala Superfast express is hella late this time! Like damn, it's delayed by a whole 1 day, 2 hours, and 50 minutes! It was supposed to roll out on December 27, 2023, at 8:10 pm but got pushed to the next morning at 8:30 am on December 28, 2023. Then got rescheduled again to 9:13 am. Finally chugged out of New Delhi station at 9:30 am, rocking a delay of over 12 hours and 30 minutes. It was all good at first, but then got hit with another 12-hour delay! Now it's lagging behind by a crazy 1 day, 2 hours, and 50 minutes. It was meant to hit Thiruvananthapuram Central on December 29, 2023, at 10:30 pm but with this madness, it won't reach until December 30, 2023. Gotta wonder if it'll even make it on time then! Right now, it's only made it as far as Warangal Station. This trip is an absolute nightmare.

Mujhe lagta hai ki yeh pehli baar hai jab 12626 Kerala Superfast express 1 din, 2 ghante aur 50 minutes late hai. Train 27 December 2023 ko 8:10 pm ko chalne waali thi, lekin use postponed karke 28 December 2023 ko 8:30 am baje tak kar diya gaya. Fir use 9:13 am par bhi postpone kar diya gaya. Train New Delhi station se 9:30 am par finally chali gayi. Iski der 12 ghante aur 30 minutes se zyada hai. Pehle toh theek tha, lekin fir train ki der 12 ghante se zyada ho gayi. Ab train 1 din, 2 ghante aur 50 minutes late hai. Iski pahunch Thiruvananthapuram Central tak 29 December 2023 ko 10:30 pm honi thi, magar ab is deri ki wajah se train apne destination par 30 December 2023 ko pahunchegi, pata nahi woh bhi time par pahunchegi ya nahi. Abhi tak train sirf Warangal Station tak pahunchi hai. Meri zindagi ki sabse kharab yatra hai.
