It should be speeded up too much slack overtakes enroute should be made to depart at old timings from new delhi at 18:40
And that's why people always prefers TAMIL NADU EXPRESS first and GT as a second backup, if tickets are full in TN EXP.
Yes there is unnecessary slack overtake by many trains can be avoided between NDLS BPL AP Express which departs four hours after it also overtakes this train

Prr has no pit lines; after arrival at PRR every night the rake have to be brought upto Adra 40 km for secondary maintenance. And in morning it have to reach Prr 20-25 mnts before its schedule departure. This congest the lines particularly morning slot of Adra-prr.
