Why the hell 22149/22150 is given 5 min stop considering there is a rake reversal right at Panvel Jn, Why not provide proper 15-20 minute halt and depart the train at the scheduled departure rather than always departing it an hour late be it UP or DOWN train. It's always delayed more than an hour at Panvel although it can cover up later by the time it reaches Madgaon Jn, but it doesn't and reaches Madgaon always around 2 hours late and later sometimes 12432 NZM-TVC RAJDHANI overtakes this to maintain its run as this runs already late. I have even seen 12133 Mangluru SF Express overtake it, since it was 3-4 hours late once. It all happens at PNVL. Proper Rake Reversal Halt should be given accordingly.
