I'm not deriving theories, perhaps I'm talking truth. It is you who are deriving theories by writing senseless comments like "Up rjy all trains runs fine...later this worst region where railways don't maintain properly. May its two zones border." without even some common sense. No matter what, until the last centimeter of the border, zone has to maintain the tracks. Just because its the end of the zone, they wouldn't neglect, especially in BZA-VSKP stretch.
Most of the times, Temporary Speed Restrictions means that the particular area is undergoing some sort of maintenance, however there are exceptions though.

No need to bother about TSR if u r train is running on tym.. as per ntes u r train crossed bayyavaram at 9:11 .. vskp still 42 kms to go vskp rt 10:25... with lot of tsr u r train maintained 60+ avg per hr after rjy
And yes, the train is running before time as well. Usually other zonal transfer of trains doesn't happen if the train is running before time. No matter at what speed the train goes from now, it will be held up at Thadi and will be admitted into ECoR only at the right time.

I know whats u r common sense better keep it up to you. The TSR in this route are from past 2 years. My question here is why its taking this time to complete the works. When trains will run faster here. Stop giving statements than understanding the blog.
My destination is AKP there the train arrived 40 min late. FYI what you want to explain here saying 60+ avg speed ??
