Kindly check the blogs where I have provided two official circulars regarding the same. In case the clerks still deny of doing the same go and meet the CRS/SM and request them to oblige you with the same. If they deny, simply ask for the complaint book and tell them to give their statement in writing. Also let them know that you would pass the complaint to the higher authorities.
