An explanation of site guidelines to members, who do not understand why they recently got suspended/banned. Most of it is rather common-sensical, but even so, this will serve to clarify.

Similarly, in this forum, all are required to mind their OWN BUSINESS. Especially, passing personal comments (especially if negative or derogatory) on what a person is blogging about, why they are doing so, making fun of their grammar, etc. is strictly forbidden.

When a person is blogging on his own and not bothering you, please consider why you want to spoil their day and make them unhappy. If you do so, you will be faced with prompt suspension and banning. Such interference/intrusion in other people's affairs is strictly not allowed. If a person is deliberately spamming, soliciting, putting in wrong info, actively bothering you, then it's different. You may yourself complain. Otherwise, leave others alone.

If a co-passenger is wearing a shirt colour that you do not approve of, you don't start yelling at him and assault him. If you do so, you end up in jail. Similarly, in this forum, if some person's blog or blogging habits irritate you, you simply ignore them. If you pursue with harassing one or more people who otherwise is minding his own business, then your membership will be suspended/banned.

This is a small site, and we do not have huge resources and manpower to referee fights between members 24 hours a day. This is not a perfect site. There are many, many deficiencies. However, given our severe money and time limitations, we are trying. This site may not satisfy the strict moral and perfection standards of many members. If so, then you should go to other sites with more resources to ensure a better framework. If certain members cause trouble, we have to ban them. If do not do so, then the website itself will have to be shut down for lack of resources. Please empathize with us, help us maintain this site, by cooperating.
